The 2018 ECIA Executive Conference convenes October 21-23 at the Loews Chicago O’Hare.

ECIA Members

$925 – includes all official events, materials and meals (will increase to $1,075 Sept. 29) $575 Multiple Attendees (Attention ECIA Members – first three attendees from same company are full price, every subsequent attendee only $575/person.) Non-ECIA Members

$1,425 – includes all official events, materials and meals (will increase to $1,575 Sept.29) Register here.

After ECIA receives your registration, you will receive a letter of confirmation. Please review the letter and call ECIA if any corrections need to be made to your information: 678-393-9990.

Refunds will be granted less $100 per person administrative fee through September 28th. Substitutions are encouraged, no refunds will be granted after September 28th.

What to Expect at the Conference

The schedule is packed during the 1 ½ day conference. From hosted receptions to ample networking breaks, the conference provides ample time to connect with old friends and make new acquaintances. An event mobile app connects participants and speakers while delivering presentation materials. Sunday Evening

Registration opens at 5:00 p.m. The opening reception starts at 6:00 and is the ideal place to greet friends and enjoy some light refreshments. The hotel features a wonderful selection of dining and entertainment options for later – the Ashburn, located off the hotel lobby, and 2 of Chicago’s favorites right outside the front door: The Capital Grille and McCormick & Schmick’s.

All Day Monday

Sessions start promptly and run on time so fuel up with the breakfast. Morning and afternoon breaks and delicious luncheon buffet offer a time to refuel and network – and a chance to return calls and emails. At the end of the day, unwind at the cocktail reception. All meals and breaks are included in the registration fee.

Tuesday Morning

Power up early at breakfast and enjoy a mid-morning break. The conference runs till Noon which allows time to catch afternoon flights. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to O’Hare and the proximity of the hotel to the airport is ideal.
